The Sunrise Cube is an experiential art project designed to draw attention to the sunrise and the meaning found in its powerful transformation. It is a cube that is 8 feet on a side, about the size of a small room that can be stood in. On one of the walls is mounted a series of small boxes housing tens of thousands of reflective tubes. The effect of light passing through the tubes is mesmerizing. Whether coupled with the light from the sun or one of our performances, there is beauty, richness, and meaning found in its makeup.
